Topicality, that what is new in our schoool?
Students gathered in the local church. It is so every
year, since the school year begins with Holy Mass ( 1st of September). After a mass everyone received the
blessing. They celebrated with a prayer the memory of all killed soldiers in
the Second World War. Next part of celebrations was on the hall of our school. Celebrations started with inserting the flag,
with singing the anthem and the song of the school. The headmaster of our
school: Marian Lachowicz began the speech: he greeted everyone and he introduced
class tutors to other students of the first classes. Every
man - passed a difficult test. Everyone had to go
through the centre of the hall.. Then everybody went to diffrent classes.;)
17th September- is an anniversary of the Soviet
aggression on Poland. An assembly was held in our school on this occasion. Students
sang the patriotic songs and they recited the poems. The mood was very solemn
and ceremonial.
On the Wednesday (29th o September) a disco
was in our school. It started at 5 o’ clock p.m. and finished at 10 o’ clock
p.m. Everyone were satisfied. Disco was very successful;) The teachers watched
above safety of all students. Unfortunately a
serious incident was after finishing disco. In our school was burglary. This
situation surprised everybody.
Students of the third classes went to Lublin. They
were at university at physical shows. Displays concerned physics of liquids,
acoustics, electrostatics, oscillation and waves. Students learnt a lot. They were saying: “The trip was
good, really.”
On 28th of October classes third went to
the pilgrimage to Częstochowa. There a lot of schools arrived. At the beginning
a Holy Mass was held. Then students had the free time to look around. They
toured, they did photographs, they bought souvenirs. In the end with late-night
they went back home.
11th of November is Independence Day in Poland. In order to
celebrate it at the local church special celebrations were held. At the
beginning students of our school presented solemn performance. Later a Mass was held. At the end, the priest, commune
administrator, veterans started to speak. There were also firemen. 11th
of November 1918 year- of this date, which We Poles, should never forget.
At the beginning of the October students of the third
B class with Mrs Jadwiga Derkacz- Łukasik went to Lublin. They toured the
building of the Lublin Television. For the beginning they went to the studio
where the “Lublin Panorama” is being recorded. They were also where a concert
of the “Large orchestra” and a quiz show
“One around ten” are being recorded. They visited directorial, recording and
sound studios.
In the end the class saw the film titled “2012” in the
“Plaza” cinema.
The departure was really excellent.
